Our Story
Somewhere between the long dark winters, navigating Swedish language and culture, my husband introduced me to tunnbrödsrulle.
The name is as much of a mouthful as the wrap itself.
It is Sweden's ultimate comfort food: grilled sausage, creamy mash, crispy onions, sauces, bostongurka and räksallad (basically a Nordic prawn salad) all wrapped inside a delicious soft Nordic flatbread....tunnbröd.
